We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Heritage Loan Company, LLC, 1099 North Alma School Road.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Heritage Loan Co., accessible from www.heritageloanco.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it has shipped. Once the items has shipped We do not accept returns for any reason unless the item is damaged or defective.

Digital products; such as Raffle Tickets, are non refundable.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is prior to finalizing the shipping process.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the request to cancel. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment for a credit. Please call to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Mark the outside cartons with the (RMA) return authorization number. Authorized returns MUST be shipped within 10 days from return approval date to our shipping address. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Any items that are used or improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.

Before shipping your return, please ensure:

  • The Goods are in the original packaging (if applicable)
  • You have received your Return Authorization Number
  • The RMA included it on the packaging

Authorized returned merchandise will be credited upon receipt of shipment. A credit will be issued in the same manner as payment was made for the purchase. For credit card purchases, your credit amount may not show on your statement until the next billing cycle. Unauthorized returns or authorized returns received past 30 days from RMA issued date will not be accepted and will not receive any credit.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

    We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
